Mindful co-working sessions are for you if you have difficulty working concentrated in your home office or work off your to-do list.

* You do sit at you desk, but it takes forever until you finally actually do stuff or get it done?

Mindful co-working is a communal online offer with elements of breathwork and mindfulness techniques, that support you with getting more focused, set priorities and at the same time offers you do-able working sequences.
Mindful co-working starts with mindfulness technique, setting an intention for the working sessions, followed by the working sessions (with mini-breaks in between) and final sharing.
It doesnt matter whether you use mindful co-working for your paid work, a project, a master thesis or private to-do´s.
You will be suprised how much work that you pushed along, actually can be done in little, but focused time.
